Buying experience at @ToyotaSoCal @ToyotaIndia is horrible. Forcing to buy accessories,insurance at gandhidham,Bhuj,patiala dealerships and denying booking if dont want. Increase the price of cars or give dealers better margins and not harass customers. So much for 35 lakhs car

On an @IndiGo6E long connection flight from Baku(GYD) to chd(IXY). indigo staff at origin assured for collection of luggage at chd and put a long connection sticker on bag and boarding pass. At domestic they asked us to go back collect the baggage from international arrivals.(1/4

@IndiGo6E 2 things for my issue to be solved. 1) Refund of chotelal’s ticket 2) Notification to all attendants overseas issuing boarding passes of these rules and non issuance of long connection tags for incoming flights to india to avoid confusion as everything else is verbal

@IndiGo6E @kunalkashyap27 why are they issuing long connection tags, giving tags of destination airport and verbally confirm it when they don’t intend to send luggage there. What is long connection then? I’ve attached photos for reference. I will ensure they amend this internationally.

@pullskit Mr Gupta, please know that while coming to India from the International sector, you need to collect your luggage on the first arrival airport and check in it again after customs clearance. Further, we will share your feedback with the team to avoid any reoccurrence of this.~Dhruv

@IndiGo6E I flew from delhi to Petersburg via moscow on aero float on 17th October. I was told at delhi airport I’ll get my luggage in st Petersburg and I got it there. None of the confusions indigo staff is in because of which the customer suffers.

@IndiGo6E it’s because of untrained team at other countries. Indigo should’ve booked luggage for delhi with no long connection tag.If we have to collect baggage and scan it again why do we need your long connection tags. Also checkout how many people had the same issue.

(3/4) saddest story is of Chotelal ji who works at Daman as a carpenter and had an onboard flight to Patna. He missed his flight had to pay 4 thousand which he exchanged with me against his Saudi reals. Said he doesn’t have any money left to give to his kids.@IndiGo6E

(2/4) At T3 delhi airport,after we came back from domestic departures and we were not allowed obviously Mr shah/Shabbir Alam an indigo representative spoke very rudely and said this is custom rules which I am supposed to know and nothing about why their team is misleading.
