This incident happened yesterday evening in the canal area of Strabane after Caitlin was lured there by someone acting friendly to her. This is one of 4 serious assaults that Caitlin has suffered since May. The last one was only weeks ago outside Mc Donald’s in Strabane when she was set upon and dragged by the hair and threw in front of a car. As a family we have exhausted every avenue and have been let down by both the school and the Police.
