Someone called me from the shakti pump, and he is saying as of now no service men available in Karnataka, saying wait for sometime, how many days should i need to wait @ShaktiPumps please solve the issue, previous issue also pending 0000128825, when you are solving the issue.

Hi @ShaktiPumps any updates, issue informed to local team 4 weeks back, and ticket has been raised on the last week, as of now pump is not lifting water also ,we are in critical stage, please understand and help us.

Now water also not lifting up,From last 3 weeks i was trying to solve the issue, with the local shakti team, they are not suppoting properly, and behaving very roude after the installation, day before yesterday i have registered the issue with shakti, id: 128825,

Hi All, I am puneeth, from belur, hassan, karnataka, last 2 years back applied for PMKUSUM, last 1.5 months back got installed, i choosed the vendor as @ShaktiPumps , but after the installation structure(poles) is going down day by day, also they have changed the parameters.
