Heartbroken for the mother I saw at @UgEquityBank Hoima Branch today. She sat from 1 PM to 4 PM with a sick, crying infant. Only ONE attendant was serving dozens of people. The system is broken. When she finally approached the Operations Manager’s office at 4pm for help, she was told to leave because the manager "couldn't help much." Since when is a sick child not a priority for quick service? To make matters worse, an epileptic customer collapsed in the hall during the chaos. @UgEquityBank, you need to address staffing levels and train your managers in crisis empathy immediately. This is unacceptable. No one was there to assist the mother on how to fill the form, as you can see, on expected turnover, the mother wrote a date instead. Yes, the mother walked away hours later without service. @KeEquityBank @UgEquityBank

.@Allen_Kagina: I did not finish the master’s program I was pursuing while lecturing at Makerere University due to an unfortunate experience. I disagreed with my supervisor over his lack of availability. He was extremely busy and had limited time. #NBSPeopleAndPower #NBSUpdates

Hallo @Shell_Uganda . Kindly find an immediate solution for Shell Kyengera’s washrooms. They stink like I don’t even know and your staff there are not ashamed to direct clients there. The stinking smell hits you many meters away but what choice do you have?
