@PurolatorHelp I clearly confirmed I would pick it up. Now status shows “out for delivery” again without my request. The driver will likely repeat the same behavior, and the package will go back to the facility again, making it useless for me. Completely unacceptable service, after paying extra

@PurolatorHelp @PurolatorHelp Instead, they left a missed delivery notice outside the main building door, which makes no sense. My family was home the entire time, but the driver never came to the unit. I spent minutes with customer support to escalate this as I have a flight on Apr 23. (2/3)
