@ACTFibernet your customer service is appalling. There is no internet service since last night and trying to reach your customer care is a nightmare. I have been calling since the morning, only for my calls to be disconnected when asked to speak to a senior representative.

As peaceful as it might be, this silent airport scene is quite stressful. @airindia changed its gates 4 times in the last 30 mins, from one side of the terminal to the other & in between. The airport staff is clueless. The monitor says one gate while the SMS tells you another.

@airindia The staff is still discussing a possibility of gate change. When asked if the flight is on time or not, their faces go blank.

@airindia AI506. We are now at the gate with no information from the staff about when the boarding will start or whether the flight is delayed or not.
