@ScotsPolFed Maybe if we didn’t have so many officers sitting in offices doing civi jobs who will never be deployed frontline or use their warranted powers we might have the budget to support those who are genuinely ill & who want to return to full duties.

@ScotsPolFed @GdivReps OP ROLL advice. OT on a rest day is all 1.5 including travelling. What is OT on a working day. Is it planned OT so 1.5 then anything after the 4hrs is unplanned and 1.3! Or is the whole lot 1.5. There is a lot of confusion today around it.

@purplethrobber @ScotsPolFed @PoliceScotland are trying to save money by moving officers onto 12 hour shifts to cover BAU due to the op but only paying OT above core hours even though it’s due to the op. They’re not following the WFA on a technicality.

Am I missing something! @ScotsPolFed threatening legal action for the Trump visit while agreeing to it in the WFA??
