Living with anticipatory grief is a long, hard road, but I'm managing the best I can. I cut my hair short because it was thinning so badly from stress. I'll be 61 on Monday, and I have no regrets. Grateful to all my friends here who have been walking with me on this journey. ❤️

So, yesterday I tripped & fell into my flower bed (don't worry, the flowers are OK!). Hit my head on the ground, breaking the plastic hair clip into the back of my head. No serious harm done, but I have whiplash this morning from the fall. Guess I need to be still & read all day!
