@qrsupport @qatarairways @UK_CAA - Qatar Airways I have been waiting for evidence of “extraordinary circumstances” for flight delay when I was told at airport it was due to daylight savings and equipment - both within airline control. Why are you not providing any further info?

@qrsupport airline was delayed departing UK resulting in 18 hours late to original destination. Airline now claims “equipment and ATC” as delay giving no further evidence or info to assess under EC261. Repeated requests for info. Is this how you handle compensation claims?

@qrsupport @qatarairways — for delayed flight resulting in 18 hours delay, airline says “equipment” as reason for not providing compensation under EC261 and now says “we cannot further elaborate or share any further details regarding the reason for delay.” Is this your customer service?

@qatarairways Delays were due to “change in time zones” or “daylight savings” scheduling (within control of airline) according to airport staff. Now customer service trying to use extraordinary circumstances to not pay compensation.
