@AmazonHelp Additionally I don't trust amazon in refunds. I was promised a refund on 404-6848599-8112317. Till date I never received that refund. It's been 6 months. How do u want me to trust you that u refund price difference now

@AmazonHelp Instead of creating replacement order. As it's out of stock They want the customer to return and take refund then place a new order and Amazon wants re embriuse the price difference. One of the worst ever resolution provided.

@AmazonHelp Received a damaged mattress from @AmazonIN right out of the box. The product has a 10-day replacement policy, but Amazon is refusing replacement and pushing only return + refund. Customers shouldn’t have to fight to get what was promised. Sharing pics for proof
