Comparing every strong judicial remark to Hitler or fascism has now become a lazy template for performative outrage. Not every uncomfortable statement is authoritarian, and not every sharp criticism deserves historical trivialisation. You may disagree with the choice of words & that’s fair enough. But pretending that the entire speech was about “cockroaches” while ignoring the institutional crisis being highlighted only proves the point about selective comprehension. Hyper-fixating on metaphors while completely ignoring the substance of the concern is intellectual dishonesty at best dear @SauravDassss ! Rest we can agree to disagree… :)

In 2012, a real-estate agent accused the judge of having participated in illegal property dealings involving undervaluation and cash transactions worth several crores. In 2017, a prisoner in Punjab filed a complaint listing eight cases heard by Kant, and alleged that the judge had accepted bribes to grant bail in these.

Deeply perturbed by language used by the CJI, surely he knows their history.
"Parasite" - used by Hitler to describe the Jews.
"Cockroach" -used by Radio Rwanda to describe the Tutsis.
The result was horrific genocide in each case.
