I have been to @MaxHealthcare , Noida Sec 128 and paid Rs 1,61,279 for a surgery and got these brutal experiences 1. An X ray which a locksmith would surly love with metal key not removed from chaste (attached the report) 2. They tried to do MRI of my unconscious 78 year old father in law with gold ring on his fingers at 12 AM midnight where as we were inpatient since 1 PM. 3. Morning Senior Director slammed me saying the patient was 'non cooperating' , so MRI was not done 4. Patient has chronic diabetes with 282 sugar level was not given medicine/ insulin the night before operation due to Hospital's negligence 5. When escalated this to authorities then the incharge along with a junior resident Dr personally threatened an unguarded 78 year old saying " You have many complaints so we will discharge you right away ." Medicines were immediately taken back by paramedics 6. Since morning I have been following up with Mr PD Shukla (Urology dept for report which I already paid ) but they are still non cooperating !! The idea of post is to share what mis-happenings one can go through as patient / attendant in a reputed hospital chain ! I urge #AbhaySoi and @JPNadda to initiate long-term corrective measures to ensure such negligence in hospitals is never repeated.
