@QBCares @QuickBooks You need to reconsider taking money from my clients and then "processing" it for 7 days. my account has never had an issue, and this payment came from an actual bank. I will find a new payment processing company. give me my money, now.

@QBCares We are having an issue when trying to receive payments for some of our invoices. For invoices that are around 90 days old or older, the system shows a message asking us to “double check the transaction date,” and it doesn’t let us proceed normally. Could you please help?

@QuickBooks @QBCares So as a Quickbooks subscriber I am entitled to a free filing with my subscription but when I go to file I am being charged to file. I am being told there is a "back end" issue and to go ahead and pay with a vague promise of a refund later. This sound right to you?

@QBCares, is there a way to disable the "Intuit Intelligence" sidebar and the footer ads on QuickBooks Online? They both eat into the real estate (especially with the new double left sidebar menu). I also wish the ads weren't there on a paid plan.
