@XfinitySupport This morning ~9:20 am xfinity quit connecting with my Outlook email client. I kept getting this message, so I looked up my Xfinity password and put it into my email imap settings. Still not working.

@FortWayneCPA Clients called us and we had to find out for them. Seems like QuickBooks Payroll should have reached out directly (call/text/email) or even tweeted about it. The little automated notification when connecting to their support chat isn't enough

This is a big deal, please repost this for reach. Good grief... Intuit, do better... Karena spent an hour on hold with Intuit this morning because Intuit could NOT respond to a chat. She was told that clients using QBO for payroll who should have had checks hit this morning, will not be paid until after close of business today MST. Our employees paychecks will NOT hit on time and we let them know we can loan them money if needed this morning... Here is what upsets me with Intuit and QBO right now: QBO is far more expensive than Desktop. Intuit is aggressively pushing everyone into QBO. In fact some of the things they tell people are hyper aggressive at best... Yet Intuit is having a major issue and payrolls that should have hit this morning will not. Does Intuit realize that more than half of Americans live paycheck to paycheck? Not long ago QBO payrolls hit soon after midnight. Then they started hitting around 7 or 8 AM EST. I am not sure why this change was made, likely arbitrage for Intuit... And today, Karena was told our firms QBO payroll checks will NOT be deposited until after the close of business today... And more than half of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Intuit I assume you will be issuing refunds to all of your payroll clients on their QBO fees who are being disrupted by this? How will you make people whole? Please tell us what happened? Please be specific. How are you communicating this to your clients using QBO? Intuit, do better. @QuickBooks

@kuap There is a way but you have to navigate 3 or 4 clicks rather than right there at the top of the report like a normal person would expect…makes no sense

And if you make it to Reports (by using the search bar), you can't set periodicity to monthly, because "why would anyone want to see a monthly P&L instead of a YTD cumulative?"

Disappointed @HiltonSandestin 3 different occasions where workers used their keys to let themselves into our rooms, without knocking after asking them not to service our rooms & had do not disturb sign up. Gen manager blew us off. Wouldn’t meet with us. Do better @HiltonHotels

@QBCares there seems to be a problem on the Enter Bill screen with the latest desktop update. The bottom section doesn’t prefill with an amount to match the top portion of the bill yet shows out of balance when you do enter an amount. Multiple clients having this issue.

@Coach13Hank @QBCares I had a client switch to an outside payroll service and I was strongly against it!! Best decision they ever made…at least payroll got processed on time. Full day of no billable time for me! So frustrating….getting harder and harder to recommend QBO to clients.
