Having more insight into your cancer risk is always a good idea. Blood tests like these are a great supplement to gold standard screenings like colonoscopies. With Qx, we offer a similar blood test with our annual universal cancer screening system. It allows you to track the elevation status of any cancer signals over time and take action with gold standard screenings earlier than your normal screening window if appropriate. Don’t skip your colonoscopies!

🚨BYE BYE COLONOSCOPIES!? NEW BLOOD TEST 83% ACCURATE DETECTING CANCER A new blood test, reportedly effective in detecting colorectal cancer with 83% accuracy, offers a less invasive alternative to traditional colonoscopies. Though it wouldn't replace the gold-standard colonoscopy, it could increase the number of screenings through a less invasive and more palatable method. Colon cancer screening is recommended starting at age 45, and the American Cancer Society says that less than 60% of eligible people are up to date. The test is said to be most effective in late-stage cancers. Source: NBC News

Get the scan. Take the tests. Growing up my mom battled with thyroid cancer on & off for years, she was diagnosed when I was about 5 & is doing well now. But damn. The amount of incredible preventative care, innovative therapies, & precision medicine that has made huge strides between then & now is outstanding. Unfortunately, she got cancer when it wasn’t this way. She was pretty much an experiment spanned over years, she had many surgeries, misruled markers, & yes, mental trauma from all of that. Above all else she learned then to take ownership of her health, double check even the best doctors, & fight for the best care. If she doubted something or thought there was a better way she sought after it. She’s tried everything & hasn’t given up. The reality is, this isn’t something that’s cured overnight, it’s tracked your whole life. Fast forward to this day, unfortunately in the fall my dad was also diagnosed with cancer. They caught it early, it was a less aggressive type, it was removed, he is okay, & the type of care given now is a magnitude of a difference. Still, not a call you want to get, nor see a parent scared. Okay, now from the child perspective.. I can’t tell you how scary this was growing up. Having the constant worry that my mom might die, getting pulled out of school some days, & the unpredictability that something else might happen is not the ‘typical’ upbringing. At an early age I certainly became ‘nutso’ with my health, swapped my primary care with a functional medicine doctor in high school, tracked my inflammation & food sensitivities, ate clean whole foods, avoided alcohol & sugar, had fun trying all the woo woo stuff like acupuncture, saunas, & cryo in college, was vegan for 8 years (not anymore.. boring), & actively sought to surround myself with good people. It brings a lot of clarity to what’s important in life & how to meaningfully spend your time.. ie cut the BS, get your ass to the gym, not overindulge, have balance, be kind.. etc etc. Though it took a while to remove the anxiety fueling this pursuit I’m very happy I set these habits early on because now it’s just what I’m used to & gravitate towards, I feel good all the time & have lots of energy. Though people still think I’m ‘weird’ or ’very disciplined,’ I honestly couldn’t care less. After studying & observing health for a long time it’s clear how large a factor negativity & stress is in poor health, you can do all of this but if you’re stressed, you’re donezo. Take time to rest & reset. Anyways, take care of your health, don’t wait until it’s too late, get out of peoples personal business, & set a good example for those around you. I’m very lucky both of my parents are healthy now & wish the same to everyone & those that might be starting their journeys. PS I love the work that @bryan_johnson is doing for all of this & dedicating his life mission towards longevity, as ‘intense’ as it seems, it’s really awesome.

Principle 9/12 Don’t Wait. Here is why: Universal Cancer Detection is available today. As of February 2024, Quantgene QX is the first system that combines the key technologies required for Universal Cancer Detection in a single intelligent system. Applied annually, it leverages deep genomics, personal and family history, full-body MRIs and all standard of care diagnostics in the first truly universal cancer screening. Starting at $149 / month with a 12 month commitment, it includes at-home blood draws, medical consultation and complete care coordination to resolve any concerning signals. The initial price includes all genomic testing, medical history and symptom review, as well as the at-home blood draw, personal consultation with an expert physician and, if needed, follow up care coordination for full case resolution. Quantgene QX is compatible with full-body MRI screenings like Prenuvo, Ezra and others and delivers a wide-ranging medical intelligence report that consolidates cancer signals across all modalities, including genomics, history, MRI, symptoms and others, into a simple-to-read and actionable report. 40% of all of us will get diagnosed with cancer at some point in our lives. When it happens, we have to make sure we detect our cancer early. By doing so, we can increase our chances of survival by 500% and more. Early stage cancer treatments can be as quick as 4 weeks, with many patients living cancer-free for the rest of their lives. For most patients, early stage cancer is not a deadly or even debilitating disease. But late-stage cancer always is. Don’t Wait. Make Universal Detection an annual medical routine. Principle 8/12 UNIVERSAL DETECTION IS DRIVEN BY SELF-PAYERS Here is why: The current healthcare system has little interest in ending cancer: For health insurance plans, universal detection requires too large of an upfront budget in the short term, even if it saves money in the long term. For institutional healthcare investors, early detection threatens hundreds of billions in revenue from late-stage cancer management they currently rely on. There are only two stakeholders who have a real interest to End Cancer: WE, the patients; and our physicians. This is why Universal Detection has to be paid for by US, the patients; and enabled by our physicians. Here is the path to Universal Detection for all: First, the most forward-thinking patients and physicians will implement Universal Detection in their lives. Second, this group of early adopters will show a significant drop in cancer mortality. Third, more people will opt-in to pay for their own Universal Detection. Fourth, the political pressure will mount on Medicare to pay for it. Fifth, everyone will receive Universal Cancer Detection annually. The first group of patients will experience universal cancer protection today. The last group will get it 10 to 15 years later. While this is deeply troubling, it is the only way to bring Universal Cancer Protection to All. The mission of Quantgene after making Universal Detection available today is to advance efficiency, accessibility and performance of Universal Detection as quickly as possible, so the End of Cancer comes sooner for all of us. Principle 7/12 Late stage cancer will be medical malpractice Here is why: Before today, universal cancer detection wasn’t feasible. Universal detection tools like genomic liquid biopsy and full body MRIs weren’t ready. Medical intelligence systems that connect the dots for doctors across millions of data points didn’t exist. As a result, doctors couldn’t see early cancer signals. And even if they could, they didn’t have the medical intelligence systems to achieve quick case resolution. In 2024, all this that has changed. With systems like QX (DontWait.Life!), Universal Cancer Detection is available to more and more people. Soon, Universal Detection will be accessible for all. Everyone can access Universal Detection today for $149 / month. The only remaining hurdle for adoption by everyone is insurance reimbursement. When that happens, a late stage cancer diagnosis will be equivalent to medical malpractice. No patient will every be detected too late. Nearly all cancer cases will be quickly resolved and cured. This is, unless Universal Detection wasn’t applied, which will equate to a serious case of medical malpractice. What do you think? Leave your comment below! Principle 6/12 Universal Detection Starts with Genomics A new type of genetic testing - Universal Genomics (UGx) - allow to both determine our lifetime cancer risk and detect active signals of over 50 cancer types in the blood stream with single-molecule precision (liquid biopsy). Different from full body MRIs (FMx) that require patients to take a day off, travel to a clinical site and undergo a 2h process, genomics can be done in a 10 minute at-home blood draw. UGx represents a seamless entry point into the Universal Cancer Detection matrix that patients can easily and seamlessly complete. If signals are found, FMx and other precision diagnostics tools are used to quickly resolve any potential signal and threat. By focusing on UGx first, universal detection systems like Quantgene QX reduce the price point of Universal Cancer Detection below $150 / mo while still leveraging the power of advanced diagnostics and imaging systems when needed. They unlock Universal Cancer Detection for all. What do you think? Leave your comment below! Invest in Quantgene: LetsEndCancer.com Universal Cancer Detection. Principle 5/12 Universal Detection needs Medical Intelligence Here is how: Universal Cancer Detection combines all diagnostics tests and technologies into an intelligent diagnostics chain that maximizes insight and minimizes cost and patient risk. It provides an intelligent matrix that generates & analyzes insights and selects the best next step in the chain. At its core stands new medical intelligence (MI) technology that selects the right testing modality, customized to each patient and each point in time. The result is a highly personalized, optimum diagnostics pathway for each patient. The engineering of MI requires a deep understanding of costs, risks and the cancer-specific performance for each testing modality. It also requires the ability to compute the “lowest-cost-to-resolution" pathway for each patient in real time, whereas cost includes medical risk, financial expense and UX friction. MI can only be developed in real-world pilots and validated by detecting cancer in formerly undiagnosed patients. Let me know your thoughts in the comments - and Let's End Cancer. Principle 4/12 Universal detection has 0% false positives Here is why: Traditional cancer screenings use a single test for a single cancer. They generate “false positives” (the test is positive but there is no cancer), which leads to unnecessary procedures and puts healthy patients at risk. By default, Universal Cancer Detection systems don’t have false positives. They control the whole diagnostics chain and any test that creates a flag for cancer is followed by one that confirms or cancels the flag. If all flags in the chain are positive, a biopsy diagnosis or rules out cancer. The system automatically minimizes patient risk by recognizing a wide range of data points and intelligently selecting the best next step in the chain. This paradigm shift from “test” to “system” changes the role of companies that develop screening solutions: instead of being an “outcomes-are-not-my-problem” diagnostics company, they become medical intelligence companies that are accountable for protecting lives. I will post the 12 Principles of Cancer Detection over the next few days to outline our PATH TO UNIVERSAL DETECTION - and how we get started TODAY. Comment below and I will respond. Principle 3 UNIVERSAL DETECTION IS A SYSTEM, NOT A TEST Here is why: In the past, cancer detection was focused on single cancer types and single diagnostics tools - for example, a FIT test for colon cancer. If the test is “positive”, a doctor has to decide what steps to take next. Often this next step is another test that can be “positive”. This chain of testing ultimately leads to a biopsy, which is the only procedure that can actually diagnose or rule out cancer. These traditional “single-modality” approaches are outdated for multiple reasons: first, they can achieve universal cancer detection. Second, focusing on isolated tests doesn't allow to optimize the full cancer detection chain. Universal cancer detection turns detection from a TEST into a SYSTEM. It always considers ALL relevant tests and assembles them in a personalized sequence for each patient to minimize risk, cost and uncertainty. Most importantly, universal cancer detection as a system incorporate new universal screening technologies like universal genomics and full-body MRIs. By doing so, Universal Cancer Screening systems like Quantgene QX enable us to detect all cancers at early stages for all people. This inevitably leads to universal detection and the END OF CANCER as we know it. I will post the 12 PRINCIPLES OF CANCER DETECTION over the next few days to outline our PATH TO UNIVERSAL DETECTION - and how we get started TODAY. Comment below and I will respond. We End Cancer. Principle 2/12 Genomics, AI and precision imaging are making universal cancer detection possible Universal Cancer Genomics identifies inherited genetic cancer risks, but can now also detect active cancers early by detecting single molecules of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from tumors in the blood across over 50 tumor types. New full-body MRIs leverage AI systems to significantly improve detection accuracy for small tumors across most organ systems. Medical Intelligence systems like Quantgene QX unify data from these new screening modalities into a multi-modal view of each organ to identify cancer risks much earlier. Since 2021, the SERENITY pilot program has applied this approach and detected multiple cancers at an early stage with life-saving effects for patients. In 2024, QX officially launches and initiates the era of universal cancer detection. The next principle will describe how Universal Detection is a system, not a test.
