I'm building a "collector" version of my Threejs game after #ThreejsJourney challenge votes session with my open-sourced code! Adding skins and spaceships was ridiculously easy thanks to @quaternius free models and atlas UV mapping. Honestly feels like coloring book mode for devs!

More progress of this @threejs demo with Rogue Engine. I added Navmesh and enemies. Super easy thanks to @isaac_mason_ 's amazing work. Enemy agent component was mostly vibe coded, with surprisingly good results. What's next?

@xearlait @ymt3d Thank you! I know and it was on purpose, even though they look a bit worse, anything two handed breaks when retargeting to a character with different proportions, since shoulder/arm length doesn't match, the hands do not meet at the same point.

@ymt3d @quaternius These are an incredible animation packs, well worth the money. My only criticism for #2 that everything is A+, but then the mining / tree chopping are swinging the tool with one hand. Ever seen someone swing a pickaxe with one hand? Overall top notch

@TerrysawGames Yeah knowing how each format import, exports, and works in each engine is my specific hell 😄 If you are importing and exporting, the rig is probably breaking so I'd delete it and do "Empty weights" using Rigodotify to re-rig it. It has my specific muscular male/female templates

@quaternius I really like your assets. In particular I would love to modify your base characters. I tried importing one of the free ones to see what I could do but because it is in separate pieces it was difficult to modify. Does the paid version have the model in whole?

@TerrysawGames When you import the GLB/glTF it's cutting the mesh around the UV seams. Import the Unity FBX instead

@quaternius No that makes sense. I mean that when I import the gltf into blender I find breaks in the mesh like this. I did nothing but grab and move vertices here.

@yang_yi_cn That's exactly what the video is about :) If all the source rigs/characters are compatible with retargeting, you can transfer animations from any of them to a new character, combining animations from multiple sources like mine, mixamo, etc into one char

@quaternius I am a noob but how can I merge animations? Say I want to add another action from somewhere else? Or add all your actions to a rig that already has other animations.
