I think the FAA overreacted and kinda threw a bitch fit, but I see this side, too. Both sides fucked up imo. I’m really glad we have drone lasers and I’m really glad we have an FAA who takes safety this seriously.

So CBP got a shiny new toy and used it without coordinating the safety aspect of the operation forcing the FAA to shut down the airspace for safety of flight. Absolutely the right call by the FAA.
