@Joshua_Ariza She was always tired. Going up stairs hurt. Brushing her teeth hurt her arms. Went to drs and they ran test and the TSH was off the charts.

@quinonez yes, it does. Eventually, your brain will become trained to know that it's about to be "creative time"

Does scheduling time for art work? Like can you say at 4 pm tomorrow I will paint or draw and it actually be productive?
