Ok, so I’m on day 3 of a Master Cleanse and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I try to do this twice a year for 21 days. Been doing it for years. The amount of mental clarity, the complete lack of the need for my acid reflux med amongst great improvements in inflammation throughout my body are only some of the benefits I’ve experienced. It’s a cleanse on physical, psychological and even spiritual levels for me. Have any of you tried it? It’s recommend for 7-10 days with a max of 40 (which is crazy to me as there are some physiological downsides). Curious of others experiences with cleanses and fasts.

@LarkDavis Yup, I stopped putting money into too many places, I was previously being too shifty and nervous about my investments. I stopped doing that and focus on 1-5 that I could commit for the long run. I'm feel much better with a long term mindset. Trading is not for me.

A post that should simply make you happy. @SIN3R6Y, an independent developer and a fan of @RichardHeartWin and PulseChain, is putting his full passion into building great infrastructure for PulseChain on so many levels. But while I feel deep gratitude that someone like Alex still exists on PulseChain after everything that has happened, I also reflect on the sadness that comes with the realization that PulseChain apparently needs some independent dev for infrastructure to move forward, while for three years now there has been absolutely ZERO notable chain development or even infrastructure expansion coming from the visionary and the developers of PulseChain. I have no idea whether anything is being worked on in the background and whether something will eventually come, but three years without the vision of wanting to get better and without any growth progress from the founding level is not just too little, it is a no-go. It has to change. If the founding circle actually thinks, “The Alexes of this world will take care of it,” then that creates an external perception that massively blocks the growth of PulseChain. Rabby was the wallet I wanted to use. The simulator, the native DeFi tools, the way it got out of your way and let you use the chain. Then they dropped PulseChain support. People kept using it anyway, half-broken, because nothing else came close. I thought about building a replacement. Honestly, I didn't want to. I already run RPC nodes and data services for several PulseChain products, so the ops weren't the part that scared me. The moral weight of running a wallet itself was. People trust this kind of software to act consistently every time, and getting that wrong has different consequences than getting most other software wrong. Then a well-known community member got drained. Using Rabby on PulseChain, in that half-broken state. The simulator was one of the things that stopped working when Rabby left. If it had still been alive that day, the malicious transaction would have flagged before signing. They would have seen the hack coming, and walked away. I asked the obvious question: why are they still using Rabby? Other wallets objectively work better on PulseChain right now. Then I looked at my own Chrome extensions. Why am I still using Rabby too? Because it's the wallet I want to use. The wallet I wish worked the way it did before. Cappy is that fix. I am keeping everything that made Rabby good, and rebuilding the parts #PulseChain needs.
