Question for everyone 👇 and especially for @Nemesisdottrade, @Peter_Nemesis and @kickzeth Kol manager reaches out → offers you an NFT in exchange for a post → You agree, make the post, even tag them properly, mention it’s a partner post Then the manager says → “We’ll send the NFT on 27th” → You wait → 27th comes... and they ghost Later, when creators who didn’t receive the NFT open a ticket, a mod shows up saying 😶 “They weren’t quality creators, so we didn’t send it.” Now here’s the thing: Manager ghosts → Project blames the manager → Manager blames the project So who’s actually responsible here? What about the creators who did their part? Would you say it’s the project’s fault or the manager’s fault? Or both? Personally, I’d say both share the blame If a project can’t find a reliable KOL manager who can communicate clearly and handle partnerships properly, that’s on the project If the KOL manager fails to deliver or disappears after commitments, that’s on them Creators and KOLs supported the project, upheld their end If the project made a bad call choosing the wrong manager, they should take responsibility, not hide behind excuses Stand up, own it, and make things right That’s how trust is built in Web3
