Top step Stupidity has to be studied.
I'm being wrongfully accused of hedging a 50,000$ BALANCE XFA with a Combine.
Anyone with the right mind would never THIS.
Surprisingly after Requesting 4 Payouts on this account onto the last payout before moving to live. they accuse me of hedging from January with a freaking COMBINEEEEE?

This is an obvious attempt to stop me from going live to request all of the remaining balances that I've built in the past two months.

I am really trying to give @Topstep the benefit of the doubt but I actually cannot believe this.
They are saying it was velocity logic, which might be true.
But how does it explain me being able to close my XFA position but not my Express accounts?
It doesn't cost topstep anything to give an XFA , refund, or reinstate the account and bust the trades.
Realistically, customer support/happiness is worth way more than the few $100 on the express account, or potentially few thousand on the XFA.
Just my opinion.
Super disappointed with Topstep, really hate to see it.

I was passing 2x $150k @Topstep combines.
Both were up my last $4.5k needed to pass.
Then I tried to set profit target, it wouldnt let me.
I tried to spam X and close my position when it was up $6k... it wouldn't let me.
Project X failed me today on $SIL
Honestly super disappointed.

Be very careful with @Topstep. They make you use their platform then when it freezes they blame it on your internet. I blew 5 accounts bc their topstepx froze and when it came back on it was backlogged and my accounts were toast. @MapleStax @Team2Trading #futurestrading @Shinobbs
