Hm, $USDC looks okay on Bybit and Binance.
I saw it at $0.98 on @coingecko (24hr + 1 yr chart below) but not sure how Coingecko are calculating price.
Either way, I'll use this as an opportunity to shill $NOTE - the superior over-collateralized non-centralized stablecoin

I would use the LinkedIn version of friend tech. An email inbox that prioritizes messages by $USDC sent to me and I could set a floor price which would guarantee a response.
