@NBASTORESupport I ordered it Nov 26th - and was told it would arrive Dec 8t. Talked to someone with NBA store and was told Dec15th. I needed it for Dec 17th and it came on the 18th - a day too late! I learned a lesson - don’t order something from you if I need for a specific date. Disappointed

@NBASTORESupport ordered a sweatshirt for my 10yr old daughter’s 1st NBA game (she likes the away team) It says it will be delivered dec8 ..contacted you & was told the 15th. And it’s the 16th now &you are sending me emails asking how I liked it. Send it to me and I’ll tell you.

I have some incredible news - my wife, Rebecca, and her oncologist “broke up” today!! 😃🥳 6 yrs & 2 days after first being diagnosed with breast cancer, today was her last appointment! I’m so incredibly happy for her & am continuously amazed with her strength & determination!

@bmo so it’s now 4 1/2hrs I’ve been on hold. In1/2hr I’m going to have to hang up so I can take my daughter to dance. If no one answers I will never call back I’m sure someone else will want my business. I get that it’s busy but your system said 2-21/2hrs and I’ve had no updates

@BMO @bmo “Lucky me” I made it to the bus stop and back and I’m still on hold. It would be nice to have a system where it updates you on your wait time. 4 hrs now and I have absolutely no clue on how long this will last

so @BMO I called at 1145 and it said 2 - 21/2hr wait. Long but I get it. It’s now 3 1/2hrs and I have to get my small kids off the school bus.What do I do? I’m sure your investment rep will answer the moment I walk out the door.*I couldn’t make the 1 time available @ the branch*
