@6spdGTO The US National Weather Service provides names for forecast and warning zones and we use their names for consistency with their products. When they change the names again, we’ll update accordingly.

@SteveP0570 Our feed used the boxes for many years. We switched to counties after a large number of customer requests. It should update as counties get dropped.

@RadarScope I have a feature request. When the SPC issues a Watch, can we get the option of the actual watch box, or by county lines? I like the actual watch box myself(sometimes only covers a county partially. Thank you.

@Mighty__Muffins @CRyanMauk @Apple Nothing behind the scenes except for trying to make it as efficient as possible. We designed RadarScope from day one to work on low-bandwidth connections and do our best to keep it that way.

@CRyanMauk @RadarScope @Apple And radarscope I have had some really interesting connections in what have been dead zones for my internet on my phone. IDK if I can prove it but feels like they have to have some google partnership behind the scenes as I can still get some radar and have google maps on 1 4g bar.

Anyone having a problem accessing data from CASCL, Cold Lake Alberta in @radarscope app for IOS? I’m getting an error message for two days now. I’ve tried to report this via their online form but it’s been rejecting all of my email addresses, so I can’t submit a ticket. #abstorm

@FisherLacy Much of central Oklahoma remains under a tornado watch for the next couple of hours, but I don’t see any record of the Norman office issuing tornado warnings today. Last one from KOUN was April 3. Our radar data from that time appears to match other archive sites.

@RadarScope Yes, I live in Arkansas but am from Oklahoma.

@RadarScope my radar is not accurate. During the tornado warnings across central Oklahoma, it wasn’t even showing storms over those areas or the tornado warning.

@FisherLacy I will investigate and let you know on what I find. The time stamps on your screen shot are central daylight time?

@RadarScope , any ideas on why Precipitation Rate on the Multi-Radar Multi-Sensor System is not working correctly? Issue is also occurring on the desktop version as well.

@RichardH_OEM RadarScope 5.5, released last November, requires Android 11 or higher. Google Play is aware of minimum system requirements and shouldn’t have upgraded it 5.5. RadarScope 5.4.12 should continue to run on your device for the foreseeable future.

I have been fortunate enough to run @RadarScope for the past 14 years and after the last update it won't run on my Android 10 phone. I wonder why that is?🤔

@cdot_evans We haven’t changed those products or how they’re rendered in a long time. Generally speaking, if the super-res product matches the L2 data, you’re seeing the best the radar can produce. Beyond that, atmospheric conditions and distance from radar can affect appearance.

@RadarScope I really appreciate your response and help. Huge fan of the app. Just seems a little less sharp from what I remember. This was yesterday on my phone. The iPad returns were less quality days ago. Until yesterday phone was still sharp
