I eat more ____ than 99% of the population. For me, greek yogurt + berries (+ flax & whey protein). Pretty consistently eat a tub a day. How 'bout you? What fuels you?

@whennotcycling You’ll be fine as long as the rims haven’t got any noticeable wear. As soon as the carbon starts to get a bit bumpy - replace

Ok cycling twitter! How dangerous is it (or not 😀) for a 50kg rider to race the Haute Route with carbon rims? My goal is to seek the podium, not financial ruin 😅 All my training in the mountains so far have been on aluminium rims, so I'm a bit nervous...

A great qu from Andrew... Will be adding this table with further context/explanation to the long term development chapter in the book. But, in short, as athletes move through the levels of development... A primary aim should be to progressively increase their daily capacity for work!

@Alan_Couzens @chrisjolliffe @inaki_delaparra Hi AC. What is a reasonable target as someone moves through the different levels of fitness? Not sure if that is a relevant question or not?

A whole ten years has passed since a youthful Peter Sagan won the E3 Harelbeke (Saxo Bank) classic in 2014 - time flies..!

@revolubes can you just soak a chain in Revolubes cleaner for a while. Take it out, let it dry and then just put Revolube on it?

Hey all, I have some news to share with you. After 7 years, it's now time to leave @SpokedHQ . Returning home to Australia last year has led me to reflect on my position and make a challenging decision to change directions.

I knew the day would come. But growing up, Bobby Charlton was still referred to and mentioned often. Not forgetting his soccer school being featured inside my Panini sticker albums. RIP Sir Bobby Charlton.

Cyclists, obviously climbing hills is good practice to get better, but any other tips to prepare for them?
