@rahimoayerii استراتژی مناسب می‌تونه این باشه که ۴۸۵ رو آماده کنی و فایل نکنی، هر وقت معلوم شد ۱۴۰ داره خوب پیش می‌ره و ۴۸۵ هم اپروو می‌شه، اگه رترو خورد تا ویزا بولتن جدید اکتیو نشده فایل کنی. البته نظر شخصیمه.

همزمان که دارم NIW رو فایل می‌کنم، به پلن بی و سی هم دارم فکر می‌کنم. و خیلی خسته‌ام از اینکه همیشه یه پلن بی باید باشه.

They arrived in this country legally, followed the rules, respect this country and its system of law and order and are among the most dedicated and accomplished contributors to American society. I ask that you and your department consider these factors, plus the personal and political risk many of these young people would face if sent back to the criminal regime in Iran. America’s concerns for its national security and the threat posed by the Islamic regime to the homeland are entirely justified. To that end, my office stands ready to provide you and your colleagues with regime operatives, propaganda agents, and influence networks for investigation and removal from the United States. اما در مورد OPT، اتفاق جدیدی نیافتاده، USCIS هر کاری که بهش ربط داشت رو در مورد ایرانیها متوقف کرده از چند ماه پیش، اینم جزوشون بود، حالا اومدن اختصاصی اعلام کردن چیزی عوض نشده. پاز کلا تمام تغییرات استتوس رو شامل میشه. اگه دانشجوی PhD هستین فقط دو راه دارین: ۱- اکستند کردن i20 ۲- اپلای برای یه PhD دیگه برای اولی اگه لیمیت تعداد ترمهاتون تموم شده باید با دانشگاه رایزنی کنین از هر روشی که میتونین. استاداتون با رئیس صحبت کنن، امضا جمع کنین، اتحادیه رو بندازین جلو و .... برای دومی همین امروز فردا برید با استادهایی که میشناسین و میدونین صحبت کنین برای پوزیشن PhD و بگین براتون بین بقیه استادها بپرسن، چون شما کار پستداک میکنین ولی حقوق PhD میگیرین و برای اونا میصرفه. واحدهاتونم تطبیق میدن و دو ساله کار جمع میشه. در مورد غیردانشجوها متاسفانه اوضاع سختتره، اگه کالیفرنیا هستین بیمه رو شاید بشه یه کاریش کرد ولی بقیه مسائل رو باید نفر به نفر حل کرد که کار من نیست... امیدتون رو هم از دست ندین. این مهمتر از هر چیزیه.
