Court’s exact words: “The State merely to earn more revenue has put the safety of citizens at stake.” Next hearing: April 8, 2026 Here’s the 9 year saga in 60 seconds 👇 2017: Haryana allows Stilt+4 floors on residential plots 2018: 4th floor allowed to be registered & sold separately 2021: Citizens file PIL.
