Dear @airindia This is really disappointing. When my flight was changed, my previously selected (and paid) seat was also changed. Now I am being asked to select a seat and pay again. Why should I pay twice for my preferred seat when I have already paid for it earlier.

Dear @airindia My flight has been changed without giving alternative option. originally the layover at airport was 3 h from Varanasi to Jeddah. Now after the flight changes the layover is 26 h. How its fare?? I am travelling with my family and kids.

@airindia As I was checking the Air India website on the same date that I booked the flight, I noticed that flights are still available for the same day. Therefore, I am not sure how your team determined that the option provided to me was the best alternative. How?

Dear @airindia and @MoCA_GoI My flight has been changed without providing an alternative flight option. It was originally connecting flight, but it has now been changed to one that requires an overnight stay. It's very difficult for us, we are traveling with small children.
