President Trump’s endorsement of the Score Act through his SAP yesterday is an important next step forward and provides meaningful momentum in the effort to reform and Save College Sports. His support underscores what an overwhelming majority of Americans know: college sports is one of America’s national treasures, including (maybe especially) women’s and Olympic Sports, which don’t garner the same attention or money as football and men’s basketball. We all want stability, clarity, and sustainability, which will require a lot of additional debate and work . This is not a partisan issue, and it isn’t about politics. It’s about preserving an institution held in trust for future generations. Let’s move this across the goal line!
