@swarovski Had a horrible experience at your store in DB Mall, Bhopal in India. The staff Megha Pandole was incredibly rude, had no clue about the price of products, refused our exchange initially, and would not let us talk to her boss. Incredibly poor customer service.

@Airtel_Presence My wife’s SIM card stopped working and your customer service is giving us the runaround saying it will take 15-20 days for new sim to work due to some KYC issue. This is ridiculous.
@volkswagenindia My Taigun met with an accident recently and underwent the insurance claim and repair process. Local VW dealer in Bhopal is asking me to pay 3000 as salvage cost even though I have zero-dep insurance. Is this normal? I emailed customer service but no reply yet.

@Olacabs Horrible experience again with Ola today. Pre-booked cab for sr. ctzn parents and did not get cab details. Booking disappeared from History. Booked another instant cab which got reassigned to a 3rd cab. Late 20 minutes by now for train. 2nd time this has happened now.

@amazonIN Had the worst experience of my life with Amazon today. I was passed on to 5 people on Chat, then 2 people on Phone only to be told that I have to call a different phone number for warranty issues. No reply to email. Extremely disappointed. Time to cancel Prime I guess.
@SonyLIV The ads are not a problem. It is the manner you push them. 30 second ads right before switching to any event. Yesterday you played an ad while the Indian Javelin athletes were being introduced and then again when they were celebrating their victory. Disgraceful.
