SHOCKING : UDAIPUR, RAJASTHAN A father who went to see his son on orders of court sought help from cops as mother refused to show the child. He had his sister & last stage cancer patient mother with him. Instead of helping, cops at Sukher PS allegedly detained him illegally, stripped him naked, beat him up & assaulted his sister too. One of my relatives got married, and after the wedding it came to light that the woman has complete hearing loss in one ear and very limited hearing in the other. He sent her back to her parental home, saying this was a serious fact that was never disclosed before marriage and amounted to deception. Now the woman has filed multiple complaints, running the family from the Mahila Aayog to police stations, accusing them of harassment and other charges. She is also demanding ₹1 crore, claiming that this is what was spent on the wedding, which the family says is completely false.

I have met 3 men in just the last one week whose wife is having extra marital affair. They all have proofs but can't do anything as they have kids. They can't create ruckus. They can't speak to anyone. They can't even express pain. They can't file for divorce as they fear losing their child. They don't even put anything on social media as they don't want to defame the mother of their child. Endless men in similar situations. If these men start creating content around their suffering, feminists may start crying listening to them. But these men never take part in the oppression Olympics & hence only one sided narrative rules

Although I don't charge or expect anything in return for the enormous help I provide in cases I intervene in, but at the end of the day, I am also a human & sometimes I feel that I am a total idiot So recently I spent 2 months on a case speaking to this person falsely accused in a rape case for hours & hours The woman who filed rape on false promise of marriage case on him was married and had even filed cases against the husband I provided every single document to this man in this case, guided him for hours on the phone, spoke to his friends and family also because he was on run - again several times He finally got anticipatory bail. Each & every line in that order is a result of the documents I provided to him for the case I didn't send him any contribution requests for my NGO until this point - 2 months!!! After this relief I sent the message. No response. I don't usually do but because I invested so much of my time in this case & I also have to pay salaries, I sent him a polite reminder after 2 days He sent Rs. 5000 Amount he gave to the Advocate for this AB where this advocate did nothing else but just add all the documents that I provided - 1.5 LACS + !!!! In one more false case of molestation, have helped the guy so much. Again spent hours on his case and got him access he couldn't get since months. But when I sent message for contribution twice - nothing !!! Sometimes I really think that all those people who ask me to charge for what we do are absolutely right !! Most people have ZERO VALUE for free work. Bas ye soch ke mana leti hu apne aap ko ki is kaam ki main kya hi keemat lagaun ......

Both father & brother of this man are serving in Army. This family is not being provided copy of complaint so that they can provide proof of their innocence. Request you to at least provide copy of complaint to the family of the husband so that they know what allegations have been levelled. Fair trial is fundamental right of every accused and if they don't even know details of charges levelled against them, how do you expect them to clear their name from such a serious charge ? I request you to conduct impartial investigation in this matter especially because it involves two men who are serving in Army and it is extremely unfair to treat mere words of a woman above entire life & dignity of a serving soldier. I am only asking you for a fair investigation and fair procedure Counselling right now is going on in family counselling centre in Police lines. Hope you'll look into the matter
