🚨SCAM ALERT .@amazonIN is definitely seeing going downhill on customer service. The “phone set up service” which is expected to help senior citizens is now turning into a complete scam. #AmazonIndia #AmazonScam (See image attachment, description to follow in thread)

@amazonIN When customer care is contacted, this chat takes place on loop. This is the 5th customer service person I spoke to. Managed to take a screenshot before the chat vanished immediately (in the 4 instances during the recommended working hours before over these days).

This doesn’t seem like an isolated case with the same “service provider” certified and promoted by @amazonIN. #AmazonScam #PhoneSetupService #AmazonIndia The service provider is ironically called “TROUBLE SHOOTING”.
