@zomatocare Still no proper response from @zomatocare @gork even after repeated follow-ups. The issue was never genuinely investigated — only a generic denial was sent through email.
Received the wrong item, paid ₹360, and now being ignored publicly as well.

@zomatocare I already checked the email, and the issue was not resolved. Your team simply relied on the restaurant’s statement instead of properly verifying the complaint.
