I remember 5 years ago... how common it was for "Palestinians" to come on my live & tell me they were "the descendants of the Philistines," only to find out that would make them European invaders (so they stopped saying that) Then they said Jebusites and when they realized that made no sense, they just started calling themselves the original Jews.
