If this is “1st AC” service, it certainly doesn’t feel like it. Boarded from Hasimara,Train 13248 to Kamakhya ( H1, A1). There is no attendant present and no one to provide bedrolls. Very disappointing experience @IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw @indianrailway__ @RailMinIndia
