I saw some really compelling demos last night that showed how designers are already building their own personal software to do this
great designers like @evilrabbit_ and @jadroy2 at @ben_issen's design series showed interfaces they built to tune the exact values that they care about for that moment in time
excited for less rigid AI design tools that help you explore and refine a direction on your terms

I love this idea! Running a long Codex goal myself right now and used steering to immediately incorporate this with "Regularly update a goal.html that shows the progress towards the goal".
Also helpful: ask Codex to regularly commit and push if you need to keep other people in the loop

@thsottiaux i use the built in browser in codex to show a progress dashboard for the goal it's working on, it's the future!

@whatdotcd It very well may be a hand drawn sketch that was animated using ai. But I don’t think the motion was done with any traditional methods.

@whatdotcd To me, because it looks like bad output from a trad CGI/cad pipeline.
It looks kind of hand drawn in ways that are not what we see from CAD based pipelines unless there’s a temenous amount of human effort.
I don’t buy that was the path taken here.

I think it’s chatbot controlling an interactive UI that wins with travel.
Just give me Airbnb’s existing experience but let me control it with natural language.

There are several (huge) consumer categories largely untouched by AI. Travel is one (per @bchesky 👇). Retail and dating are others. IMO, there’s one commonality - consumers want to feel they reviewed all options (+ “browsing” is part of the fun!) The chatbot UI is tough here.
