2025 reflection This year changed my direction completely. I quit my job in Dubai with the plan to become a data engineer. I spent months self studying, learning, and preparing for that path. Along the way, I started building small tools to solve problems I personally faced. That process felt more satisfying than anything else I was doing, so I kept building. fixmypdf.in slowly grew to 9.4K organic clicks and 400K plus impressions from search. FixMyPics.in and FreeInvoiceOnline.com were smaller experiments, but they helped me learn a lot. SubmitWell.com crossed $1K in revenue within about 2.5 months. It gave me confidence that I could turn something I built into something people would pay for. Builtbyme.io was shipped right before the end of the year. It is still very early, but it represents my belief in independent builders and betting on myself. I am not calling this success yet. But these signals tell me one thing clearly. I can do this. In 2026, I plan to keep building, learning, and trusting the process.

@hridoyreh One of the reason is that google constantly revalutes the page, when that happens they may temprorily go from indexed to discovered or crawled and they will get indexed again. It happens all the times. So no need to panic.

Guys, this is really very painful. This is data from one of my websites. When I checked the Search Console 7 days ago, there were still 1,500+ pages indexed. But when I checked today, I saw that many pages were no longer indexed. I don't know why this happened. However, I am investigating...
