HUGE 🚨 Mamata Banerjee loses Bhabanipur by nearly 15,114 votes. Nearly 75% consolidation of Hindus in Suvendu Adhikari's favour.

Don't be surprised if the crime rate starts increasing in Bengal.

I've been served a police notice to appear for "questioning" in an FIR with 13 sections slapped on me, just for quoting a viral post and commenting that private chats between consenting adults are no one's business if spouses have no issue. FIR mentioned that 12 People accross India got such summons for comment on those alleged chats This is how TMC MP Mahua Moitra uses state machinery to harass ordinary citizens in West Bengal who dare comment on public controversies involving her. The FIR (Kotwali PS Case No. 142/2026) invokes everything from IT Act 66(C), 66(D), 67, 67(A) to multiple BNS sections 75, 78, 79, 316(4), 349(2), 352, 356, 61(2). 13 sections for a simple quote tweet defending privacy! This isn’t law enforcement. This is intimidation by a powerful MP using the West Bengal Police as her personal tool. Thankfully, the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court intervened promptly and stayed all coercive action against me. Justice prevailed over political vendetta. When an MP can weaponise the police against a common citizen for a tweet, what hope do ordinary Bengalis have? This is not about any individual; it’s about the right to free speech. If quoting a viral post and saying “mind your own business” invites 13 sections and a police summons, then democracy in West Bengal is in danger. Thank you, Calcutta High Court, for protecting citizens from such misuse of power. Last but not least, a big Thanks to @amitmalviya, for helping us by providing Legal help.
