it’s more of a prototype right now, but it will be fetching data from riding app only like how many rides coming from this area, how much concentration of cabs is present there like driver view will just utilize these data points to show them this graph which is just way of representing it in easy to understand way for them

cab drivers today lack real-time insight into traffic in areas, identifying hotspots and areas with less competition for rides tried to solve this by taking intuition from social graphs as visualization by representing each area as a node focused on the part where it is easy to infer the info at one glance - green represents high-earning activity, yellow medium, and red low (familiarity) - if there is a surge or high demand, that node pulsates (visual to understand surge) - if relatively more cab drivers are already present, then that node is represented in larger size clicking on every node provides them insights and a readable message to understand in the initial days @Uber_India @rapidoapp_ @nammayatri

@0xSarthak13 they do not provide API or something this usecase afaik like you have to approach it from business partnership angle though initial mvp could be around the load tracks from local and then manage it something like that but you have to monitor it is not used for commercial purpose

Completed 3 years at @mercor_ai today. Joined in 2023 at 20 years old as @mercor_ai 's second employee and a Frontend SWE. The last 3 years have been intense, rewarding, emotional, and full of learning. I got to experience almost everything you usually read about in startup books - and a lot more. Grateful for @BrendanFoody, @adarsh_exe, @suryamidha, @Harsh49999, and everyone at @mercor_ai who has been part of this journey. I have grown a lot here, both professionally and personally. @mercor_ai has played a huge role in many of the goals I have chased and achieved. 3 amazing years - and hopefully many more to come.

Spoke to Adithya Kidambi, co-founder of Mossant Fermentary, for an hour yesterday. Here are the key takeaways from building a craft kombucha brand in India. Flavour drives everything. They treat kombucha as a better everyday drink rather than a health product, which makes it far more approachable in a taste-sensitive market. Their Cola Kombucha, with 70 percent less sugar, became a turning point by giving people the familiar soda experience without the full guilt. Consistency in fermentation separates small batches from national shelves. Mastering the process so every bottle tastes the same proved essential for scaling. Quick commerce platforms like Swiggy Instamart and Blinkit helped early discovery in the past. Today they no longer work well as a first distribution channel. High commissions and strict performance targets make them suitable only for later awareness efforts. They entered the HORECA channel first with tonic water to build relationships with bars and restaurants, then introduced kombucha more easily. The brand stayed hyper-local in the beginning and grew organically without heavy marketing spends. Building an FMCG business here demands real capital discipline. Adithya sees the better-for-you beverage category in India reaching its peak in about two years. Mossant now works on new sodas using Indian ingredients to create a stronger local story. The 40 percent GST on carbonated beverages adds a heavy burden and remains a constant challenge for the entire category. Founders learn to adapt to these systemic costs while keeping full attention on the product experience, which stays entirely under their control. Valuable session on the real grind of scaling a consumer brand in India.

The best feeling isn’t going viral. It’s when someone genuinely appreciates the work you’ve poured your heart into.❤️ This means more than you know.

this feels so weird to write but. . . on 30th june, i wrapped up my time at huddle01 two years ago, i joined as a marketing associate who thought the only thing i could do was write. over time, i was given a chance to explore and move ahead with a lot more. from writing blogs to managing social media, handling email marketing, organising irl events, managing linkedin marketing, working with creators, doing product launches, and building growth strategies, i somehow was able to do more than i ever thought i could. i am grateful for having a team that gave me the grounds to experiment but also taught me more than i could have imagined. thank you @ranjan3118 and @Susmit_Lavania for giving me the chance to work with this set of talented folks. met a lot of people throughout my time who have great ambitions and exceptional skills. i also feel very lucky that i found people who have become very good friends to me now. it will always be onwards for everyone in the team. for me, you will find me writing long paragraphs here and on my blog too. i will fafo with things that interest me. you will also find me trying, learning and failing while trying to build things. and if you are on my instagram, you'll find me making some content about books, fit checks and fashion. everything only up from here <33

Skip method decoding, event parsing, and raw data wrangling. Go from raw onchain data to insights in minute there may have been many scenarios where you wanted to understand insights behind a protocol or a fun on-chain product you built over a weekend but it's always tricky to work around onchain data decoding methods, event and working with raw data writing queries to get the insights onchain wizard automates it for you checkout at: onchainwizard.ai
