If I wanted to hire someone to oversee the build of a dealership CRM…
Is it as easy as taking my data feeds from VAuto/dealertrack/lead providers and feeding it into an AI coded dashboard?
If so, what type of person do I need to hire?
How much money would they make?

We had a new employee start at one of our companies last week. I met with him one-on-one at the end of his first day and he whips out his computer to show me a complex, interactive dashboard he built using our internal data. I start reading through the dashboard and find multiple insights I didn't previously know. When I ask him how he built the dashboard, the employee tells me he kept prompting an AI model until it was built correctly. He didn't write a single line of code and he didn't have to do any analysis himself. I use the dashboard on a daily basis now. It is insane how much value can be created in a short period of time using simple prompts and a little effort.
