A permanent apartment is cheaper than chaos in the streets. By giving housing to all homeless, Finland saved money because of less crime/court cases and fewer ER visits. So never mind the morality of letting all people have a roof over their heads, it also makes economic sense

From a biological perspective, women’s choice is rational. Young females in the animal kingdom and among indigenous peoples make very similar decisions.
