$15,000 has been awarded to director Seve Martinez (@seve_xyz) to produce “Room Tone,” a chamber drama about an actress’s final session at an AI voice-cloning company. Room Tone will be the first film produced by svfilm.fund and the first step toward a new genre of tech interior cinema. Production is scheduled for September, with a premiere expected later this year. I recap my findings from the first cycle below. Cycle 2 will reopen in the Fall. scripts@svfilm.fund will stay open for submission.
