As a swing trader I have been trying to reduce the number of indicators on my chart and finally built one myself. Am sharing this so that anyone who does not have premium account or anyone who wants to grab a low cheat entry based on VCP model can use this indicator. I have used it over several months and its been rewarding and happy to share. tradingview.com/script/TlA6S3z… I prepare my watchlist using @ChartMill . It makes my life easier to avoid seeing 100s of stocks and concentrate on fewer and use my indicator on them. Feel free to experiment it and tweak your own inputs. Multiple MA or EMAs can be choosen as its flexible. If you have any question feels free I will be glad to provide inputs when I get time. Coming into this year, I own 5 semiconductor names which made up around 55% of my portfolio - most of them bought 3-6 months ago. All of them: - broke out of big bases with heavy accumulation - respected the 21-day SMA during the uptrend - Strong Earnings beat and Guidance I’m still holding all of them. Positioning early, holding through pullbacks, and focusing on the bigger picture is how I approach the market. All these names were backed by strong research, fundamentals, and technicals. @Venu_7_ Aiming to exit at 340-350 range. got luckcy few days ago to take positions when it had shake out after earnings. the 21d ema tap would have been perfect but my entry was slighty higher. just need to sit tight now.

wasn't expecting $ARM to reach $250 this quickly. Anyway, I still think $270 and $300 are next over time. But in my opinion, this is the area to hold winners - not chase them after a move.

@Venu_7_ I got the fill at 393 and 398 yesterday. Going to keep exit at entry now. Don't want to see that level broken from here

$TSLA is making its second leg of higher lows after breaking into higher highs and now backtesting the 200-day SMA on the daily. Ideally, support should come around the 21-day EMA, or worst case near recent lows VWAP around $390. Still think Tesla heads toward $600.

MY BIGGEST MISSES THIS YEAR If you ask me, they are definitely #BSE & #MCX.Both came from the same theme…Had strong theme + catalyst. Broke out at the exact same time.They emerged as fresh trends ,exactly the kind where you should be building a position and riding them hard…instead of thinking about small profits. When the stock move combines with the theme/catalyst and it starts working, you can expect them to run for a long time.They becomes the exception on the upside. Best way? Trail it & Don't do hard Exits. Added both of these straight into my playbook.

$VICR 272 gives a decent entry just above its 21d EMA. very high ADR with low risk.

My best advice for anyone learning Technical Analysis: You only need: - Candlesticks + volume - 50 / 100 / 200 DMA for long trend - 9 / 21 EMA for short-term moves - Anchored VWAP (AVWAP) That’s it. If a chart needs 10 indicators to make sense, you’re doing it wrong. Patterns should jump out. Indicators should confirm, not explain. Remove the clutter. Keep it simple. Less is more. Technicals help you time entries and exits. Fundamentals tell you whether you’re overpaying or underpaying.

@Venu_7_ @Venu_7_ I updated the pine script with the exit strategy completely customizable. The ADR multiple is applied. The bonus feature is that, the pine script can be used for filter in the Pinescript screener. If you have large watch list, it will give potential entry tickers.
