Still a very questionable business move, to put it nicely. There's no sugar-coating it.

@KasparsDancis I think this is 100% the right attitude, Kaspars. To me, Whimsical is a textbook example on how to do product design, communicate about features and updates, and deal with competition. Your journey has been very inspirational and I’m glad to be supporting you!

I mean this sincerely. When FigJam first came out, they had borrowed a lot of UX ideas from Whimsical but they also did a good job building upon it. Some of their ideas inspired us as well.

@OzolinsJanis Keep us posted on how it works for you! 😉 Jury's still out as far as I’m concerned… I think part of the benefits can be attributed to some placebo effect and also how it fits into a healthy/active lifestyle. Don't know how much the pricey green powder is responsible for. 😅

@RaphaelSaunier I did mean "pulled the trigger," yes. 😅 Yup, the marketing and branding is spot on, and the testimonials are very compelling. I'm sure they sell a lot of this green powder.

Finally pulled the plug after hearing this AD for many many many times on @tferriss and @hubermanlab pods.
