The Supreme Court has already ruled that the United States must "facilitate" the return of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a man who was falsely accused of being a gang member and deported. The Trump administration previously admitted in court that he should not have been removed from the United States and blamed it on an "administrative error." During an appearance in the Oval Office with Trump, El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele was asked if he will be returning Abrego Garcia.
