That’s the future of your varsity team.
Then they complain about no depth, culture, or players ready for varsity.
If you only coach varsity, you’re not building a program—you’re just coaching a team.

Barr-Reeve principal and IHSAA Board member Jeff Doyle was one of the one's who voted against the 35-second shot clock for hoops. Doyel says he's open to further discussions on it "I would like to see study on how many possessions in a game are over 35 seconds".

You literally have access to your film. Watch and see how many possessions you are getting per game. On top of that you see how long each possession was.
