Yes, Andrea Berta listened. This is exactly what I wanted to hear, I called this link into existence. Mateus Fernandes would be a phenomenal signing for Arsenal. An elite technician with high football IQ and impressive physical robustness despite his diminutive stature, slightly Kanté-esque in that sense. He could compete with Myles Lewis-Skelly for the Rice partner role, and he can also play as a Declan Rice alternative alongside MLS against weaker opposition. He’d also prove to be a value-for-money signing because he likely wouldn’t cost a fortune.

Why are people acting like this is a bad team? This lineup alone cost almost £1 billion. Marmoush was signed for £60m on £350k wages. Semenyo was signed for £65m. Guéhi was one of the most expensive free transfers ever. Gvardiol cost £80m. Look at how much City’s supposed “poor team”costs. This is what Arsenal are up against btw.
