100% of the content is written by AI. I send a bunch of data to a cheap GPT model and ask it to write the newsletter in a specific structure. It generates the HTML, which I copy/paste into Beehiiv.
Before sending, I do one quick review, just in case. It has ~40% open rate and ~10% CTR.
100% of the sign-ups come from the pop-up at the bottom-right of the site. It’s shown to all visitors after a 900px vertical scroll.

Sat at my desk at 9:00 AM, resumed work on Codex, and within 2.5 hours the 5-hour limit is almost gone.

Around 2002, I got my hands on the HTML Black Book and also joined Aptech training institute. That's where my journey into web development began. I spent years learning, coding, and managing clients from the West. Over time, this moved into blogging and video content creation, and somewhere along the way, I lost touch with coding. The fear around AI is completely gone. These tools are not just assistants, they feel like team members. They keep me busy, productive, and honestly happier as I hit goals faster than before. I started with ChatGPT Free, then moved to Go, then Plus, and now I am on Pro. With each step, my goals have become bigger and clearer. Today, it feels like AI can build almost anything I can think of. I have been working on something exciting for the last few weeks and can’t wait to share it. Right now, it just feels fun, productive, and also a great stress buster. And one thing I would say to everyone reading this is simple. Start exploring new things. You might end up with some amazing experiences.

Anthropic could lose half its enterprise coding revenue in 30 days.
And the reason has nothing to do with the quality of their model.
OpenAI has 500 million weekly active users.
Anthropic has millions. That's not a gap. That's a different planet.
And now OpenAI just aimed that distribution directly at coding - Anthropic's highest-margin, stickiest enterprise category.
Here's what most people are missing.
Codex isn't entering the market the way a competitor enters a market.
It's being pushed to 500 million people who already have OpenAI accounts, many already paying $20-200/month.
Zero acquisition cost. Zero trust to build. They're already inside the door.
I've trained over a million people on AI tools.
When a better coding model exists AND it's one click away from your existing ChatGPT tab, people don't run evaluations. They switch that afternoon.
Here's the part nobody wants to say out loud.
The switching cost between Claude and Codex for an enterprise dev team is approximately one API key change. That's the entire migration. No procurement. No negotiation. No 6-month contract cycle. You just swap.
Anthropic is reportedly constrained on compute right now too. Meaning even loyal customers are running into friction.
If Codex keeps closing the gap on coding benchmarks, a single month of word-of-mouth momentum could quietly move 30-50% of enterprise coding spend.
Not because Anthropic failed. Because distribution is the moat you can't build a defense against fast enough.

Today is a big day! We're launching a ~ new ~ version of Claude Code in the desktop app. It's been redesigned from the ground up for parallel work and is a lot faster.
It's been my main way to use Claude Code for the last few weeks.

Could you help shrink the disk partition so the server type change is possible?
