The NFL has had “black lives matter” painted on all the fields for years. “End racism” on all the helmets. They added the “Black National Anthem” to pregame. They encouraged players to kneel during the National Anthem. But if you even show a sliver of support for Trump, or Conservative values of any kind, the Left, and their lapdog media, will lose their ever loving minds and claim that we are bringing politics into sports. They truly believe that their beliefs are the only acceptable ones, and that anyone who veers from their Left-wing ideology should be shamed, vilified, and cancelled. They intentionally created an environment where you are rewarded for showing support for the Left, but crucified for showing support for the Right. It’s not that they don’t want politics in sports, they just don’t want anyone else’s politics in sports. The pendulum has swung back, and they don’t like it now. Too late.

@Amine_lover1 What an absurdly dumb take- but you can hide behind it cause it never happened- the comics were notoriously not good- the show improved on them in every way and then in the final episode it actually was pretty similar yet people complained anyway cause everyone sucks

The canceled The Boys movie trilogy (the one by McKay) would’ve been way better than the TV show. The comics had that raw, brutal satire on celebrity culture and big corporations. It needed the intensity of the big screen and a tight runtime, not 8 episodes of filler every season filled with gross jokes and characters just talking in safe houses. Amazon took a sharp comic and turned it into boring prestige TV slop. Honestly, that movie probably dodged a bullet by never getting made. What do y’all think, would the film version have been fire or a flop?

I think the writers forgot he fought hand to hand against butcher and soilder boy (trained soilders) pretty decently for having 0 combat training at all while they were powered up enough to fist fight him. I guess somehow he forgot how to throw a punch here.

The Boys finale successfully rage baited Elon Musk and pissed off all the incels who loved the show/worshipped Homalander, all while the official The Boys twitter account is making Charlie Kirk jokes. This is the best send off the show could have ever gotten, it’s beautiful

Haven't seen an ending this bad for a Live Action in awhile. Outright dogshit script and an ending is important to land. When it doesn't, it flops in my eyes What they did to Homelander and "The Boys"... good lord that's terrible I finally saw it and it makes me wanna puke
