Now Amazon India customer care is of no support. I contacted due to a defective product issue through chat. One will ask all details and leave the chat. Another joins and then leaves the chat. Yesterday 7 or 8 executives joined the chat and left without any resolution

Someone had installed their AC’s outdoor unit outside the window on the balcony of their flat on the 23rd floor.
When the AC stopped working, they called a technician for service. But the technician refused, saying he wouldn’t service it because the unit was hanging outside at such a height, and that no one would risk their life for such a small amount of money.
Servicing outdoor units installed at such heights in flats is quite risky for technicians.

Refineries are operating at high capacity with adequate crude and sufficient petrol, diesel and #LPG supplies, with all retail outlets functioning normally. Commercial LPG allocation has been increased by 50%, prioritising essential sectors, with most states issuing orders. Enforcement has intensified to curb hoarding, with thousands of raids and strict action taken. Government reiterated that all fuel supplies remain adequate and has advised citizens to rely on official information and avoid panic

I have ordered a fan from v guard. It was shipped from kochi to deliver at Kozhikode both in Kerala. But now tracking shows it is in Coimbatore TN. Contacted customer care. They have no idea and not at all helpful. Delivery date was last Thursday
